Terms of Service

The rules for using PayTrackr responsibly

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PayTrackr by customers, workspace owners, administrators, members, and invited collaborators.

Acceptable use and account responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that all workspace activity complies with applicable law. Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with workspace isolation, upload malicious content, or use PayTrackr to facilitate unlawful transactions.

Workspace ownership and future billing

Workspace owners control member access, settings, and business records within their tenant. PayTrackr may introduce subscription billing, usage-based plans, or premium services in the future. Any future billing terms will be presented clearly before charges apply.

Availability, liability, and termination

PayTrackr aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayTrackr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, or abuse of the platform.

Intellectual property and contact

PayTrackr and its related branding, software, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. Customers retain ownership of their business records and content. Questions regarding these terms may be sent to support@paytrackr.app.
